Graham Redhead, one of Australiaâ??s most experienced master cheese makers, is taking his nationally-renowned cheese making skills across Australia for a range of two-day intensive courses. His passion for cheese is truly contagious, as participants who have attended his cheesemaking classes will testify.
Thirty years of experience in the dairy industry, coupled with formal qualifications in Dairy Technology, Food Technology and Business Management, gives Graham a vast knowledge of the cheese and the dairy industry. He has provided technical advice to commercial manufacturers for over 20 years and developed Australiaâ??s first Farmhouse Cheesemaking course for commercial manufacturers in 1997, which is the predecessor of Grahamâ??s current courses.

Each course is 100% hands-on; there are no "teacher only" demonstrations. Participants process each cheese from start to finish over the two days, using old fashioned traditional cheese making techniques. Only the freshest available milks and ingredients are used at our courses.
Our budding cheese makers are provided with a treasured â??Master Cheesemakingâ?� certificate which they can take home and frame as a reminder of their accomplishments. They will also, of course, have an esky full of hand crafted cheeses that theyâ??ve made throughout the two days.
Most importantly of all, cheese making students will have a very thorough knowledge of how to make hundreds of types of cheese from their own home.
