Through my school, I hope to share with students the true joy and unique moments of bliss that both dance and yoga can offer.
The discipline of dance teaches many qualities essential to life; teamwork, commitment, confidence, respect for others, strength, self discipline, communication, an acute mind, and well as artistic expression, musical appreciation, deportment, flexibility, and stamina.
The ancient practice of yoga provides a philosophical journey of understanding bringing balance and health physically, emotionally, and mentally, allowing one to attain calm and tranquility in the frantic pace of modern life.
I believe that each of us are unique inspiring individuals, no one of us is more or less important than the next and each of my students are treated with respect and as an equal contributing member of the school.
