Our focus, wherever possible, is on prevention of oral health issues, which ensures the best outcomes for our patients at the least cost. However we also offer a wide range of treatment options when oral health problems arise.
At Mount Barker Dental Centre, we are great listeners, making sure that we hear your concerns and understand your needs. We are gentle and reassuring, aiming to provide you with a relaxed and pain free experience. (However, we do understand that dental treatment can cause anxiety among some patients and, if needed, we are able to offer treatment options such as happy gas and conscious sedation.)
We understand the difficulties of competing commitments, both at work and at home. For this reason our consulting times include sessions after normal working (and school) hours, as well as Saturday mornings. Help with after-hours dental emergencies is just a phone call away (on our special after-hours service number 0412 166 874). We are one of very few dental clinics in the Adelaide Hills to offer an after-hours emergency service.
We offer all our junior patients (from ages 0 to 17 years) the opportunity to join our Happy Chomper Kids Club.We aim to create a fun environment for kids in the waiting room, with activities that will keep them amused, and in the surgery where they will be treated by one of our dental therapists, who are trained especially in caring for kids under 18 years (or if you prefer by one of our dentists, who are also very experienced in treating children).
