We discuss with you (The Client) our scope of works regarding specific tenders
We agree an MOU & Confidentiality requirements prior to our involvement
We represent your company if we are to undertake a complete bid for your company
We begin with kickoff meetings with the key personnel in your company and outline a bid plan, program and exchange key information vital to the success of the bid (for e.g. Plant rates, Org Charts etc.)
We undertake all aspects of the bid from Planning, Estimating, Vetting & Procurement, Construction plans & constructability reports, compilation & Risk & Opportunities
We agree on a key dates program outlining your expected review and submission dates
We compile the tender and handover for your use at whatever stage is agreed at commencement
Support Services
