Welding Engineering and Inspection Consulting
PEMS provides welding consultation; PEMS has resources qualified at International Welding Engineering and Senior Welding Inspector levels, certifications are issued by the WTIA (Welding Technology Institute Australia) and IWI (International Welding Institute).
