Details matter! And here are all the details and common questions we get asked about our parties.
How can I pay for the party?
We accept payment on the day, direct deposit(internet banking), cheque or by credit card over the phone. A deposit is required to secure your booking.
What if I need to cancel the party?
If you wish to cancel your party for any reason please note that your deposit cannot be refunded. To avoid that happening we encourage you to reschedule your party for another time and date.
Do you provide the birthday cakes?
A party is not a party without a cake! If you wish to add a birthday cake onto your party we require at least 7 days advance notice to ensure our cake elves and wizards have time to bake and decorate your masterpiece. A deposit is also required to process your cake order.
Where can I have our party?
You can have your Giggle N Groove party at your house, in your yard or shed. Our party team need access to power and your party animals need enough room to dance and have fun.
If you plan to have your party outside in the day just note that our LED party lights may not be as effective in the bright sunlight.
Can we party at a local venue or hall?
Sure can! If you need assistance finding a local venue give us a call and we'd be happy to assist in finding a local venue near you that is reasonably priced.
