Stallholders offer fresh, seasonal and local products every Saturday come rain, hail or shine. Reduce your food miles and shop local with a great range of produce and tasty treats to choose from. Come down and shop, have a coffee and some breaky and soak up the atmosphere; usually including live music.
The market stalls offer a range of green and field vegetables, herbs, fruit, nuts, seeds and any product that can be grown or is made from primary products. Customers can also buy milk, flowers, plants, bread, eggs, meat, fish, small goods, wine, juices, jams, condiments, chutneys, fresh pasta, olive oil, honey and anything else that is either grown or produced in the region.
There is freshly ground coffee, hot food, pies and pasties and a terrific selection of vegetarian food offerings. The smells, colour and textures of the food are rich; all set in a quiet corner a 23 Mann Street, Mt Barker. This friendly country market has a very unique and special feel.
