The Melbourne Christmas Tree Farm (formally Melton Christmas Tree Farm) has been trading christmas trees since 1987, when the first crop was ready to be harvested. Proprietor, Michael Iuele gained many years of experience in the seventies and early eighties with christmas trees and now has used that knowledge in growing his own crop since 1984 on the Leakes Rd property.
Since 2000, the business has come to a stage where it is a full time job due to increasing demand by the consumer. With the help of his sons, Fabian and Paul Iuele, Michael hopes that the tree he grows will be of one of many joy for the people to appreciate as they decorate for the festive season.
