Transition Films was established in 2006 and focused on the production of thought provoking character based documentaries. Although still producing documentaries it has recently expanded to provide professional video and editing services.
Transition is unique in that it relies on the strength of building relationships and creating honest moments. Capturing those moments is sometimes challenging but our experience in documentary work has taught us that some things can't be scripted and we just have to allow people and places to reveal something true and extraordinary.
With a wealth of knowledge, skills and resources Transition is ready to take on any project. These range from capturing special events such as weddings to live performances or producing promotional DVDs and clips ready to stream on your website.

Digital Profiles - Have you ever thought that a person's or an organisation's story would make a fantastic documentary? A digital profile compiles interviews, photos and captured footage to tell a compelling story (usually half an hour in length).
Live Theatre - Our background in theatre provides a unique insight into how productions work and how best to capture them. Why film theatre? To create an archive, supply your cast/crew and sponsors with a DVD, submit for funding and festival proposals or stream a sample of your work on the web.
