I have had extensive experience with different coatings ,water base finishes both single and two pack , solvent base finishes also single and two pack in all the available gloss levels , high gloss , semi , satin and mat .There are also different options when it comes to penetrating oils such as those available from planet ark stores , livos oils ,there is tounge oil , synteko hardwood oil and others . I also sand stair cases and have resanded countless decks and reaplied the decking oil .In the finish of timber floors people often ask to have either splay bead or quarter round installed , this is something i also do . When finishing a timber floor i will always chaulk up the gaps around door frames as this is part of the job .
