EFT has been described as `emotional acupuncture, without the needles', and works really well with fears and phobias, addictions, clearing emotions and beliefs that don't serve you, and a whole host of other emotional issues such as grief/ depression/ anger etc.
It's great to help clear old family patterns, or just to help you move through blocks to a more happy and healthy life.
I teach you EFT in your first session, so you can then do it for yourself at home.
I've arrived in Byron recently from Sydney, and as a special introductory offer I'm giving 1-hour EFT sessions for $70 for the remainder of the year.
Tuesday and Friday afternoons 1-6 pm, at Red Tent Yoga. I'm also doing Saturdays at various places, so give me a call if that suits better. $80/session at The Medicine Wheel in Jonson St, and I also do home visits in Byron Bay.
The great thing about EFT is that you'll feel a lot better after the very first session. It also works on the meridians like acupuncture, so the core issue is basically `tapped out' of your body. This means that it no longer holds the `charge' for you it once did, and you can move forward without it being in the way all the time.
Another great thing is that you don't need to come over and over again like counselling. Usually 1-3 sessions is enough, and we can clear quite a few minor issues as well in that time.
