SE Electric Motors is a privately owned company located in the South East of South Australia. The business was started in 1989 by Peter Harkness as a sole trader to provide industry in the Green Triangle and South East areas with the repair, sales and maintenance of electric motors.
Since that time it has grown with the ever increasing needs of our customers, to now employing highly experienced and knowledgeable staff in every field of its operations. SE Electric Motors is proud to be recognized as an industry leader, with our commitment to providing our customers with excellence, up to date information and services. We have serviced the timber mill, winery, farming community and fishing industry since our inception. We have a strong belief that prevention is better than cure. We encourage our customers to have a preventative maintenance program in place to avoid breakdowns occurring during critical times.
We are active members of EASA (Electrical Apparatus Service Association Inc.) and try to attend two meetings/workshops per year. Doing business with an EASA member assures that your equipment will be repaired to EASA's exacting standards. EASA members are unquestionably the most technically advanced and qualified sources for all your electrical equipment needs - including repairs, rewinds, redesigns and new equipment.

While we still specialize in electric motor rewinds and repairs, we now also offer a diverse range of electrical products and equipment to compliment the electric motors needs.
