Black Pearl Epicure Cooking School offers demonstration and hands-on classes presented by Australia’s leading chefs. Italian, pasta making, French Moroccan, a bloke’s class, barbecue, sausage making, Thai, cheese making, Spanish, modern Australian and cheese education are a taste of what’s on offer.
