The Shak is operated by a team of healthy, vibrant, young people on the Sunshine Coast who share a passion for creating the finest quality organic dishes and promoting a strong sense of health and wellbeing within our community.
As Buderim's only organic cafe, we offer a healthy range of breakfasts, lunches, specialty coffee, herbal teas, smoothies, tonic shots & freshly pressed juices. All items on our menu are lovingly scrutinized by Renae, our in-house wholistic nutritionist, who ensures that our bodies are benefiting from the best possible nourishment with every bite!
In a few months The Shak will begin to evolve into a wine bar by night. As the Sunshine Coast's (and we believe Australia's) first and only 100% organic bar, we will be offering finger food, tapas and light meals along with a unique and exstensive range of organic beers, ciders, wines and freshly pressed juice cocktails.
