At Puppytopia, we believe that grooming should be a pleasant and enjoyable experience for your pet. We listen not only to you, but to your pet too, so that we can tailor our grooms to suit you, your pet and your lifestyle. We stress safety, compassion & kindness for each and every pet, and we invite you to come experience the difference!
We endeavour to provide a positive experience for your pet. That is why we take the time to go for a short stroll with your best friend, and provide plenty of breaks during the groom as indicated by your pet.
Hygiene is of utmost importance, and as such:
- We do NOT use recycled water on your beloved pet, because we believe that for hygiene reason, your pet should NOT be sharing his/her shampoo water with water used on someone else's pet. Imagine going to the hairdresser, and your head gets doused with water that has been used on somebody's hair! Horrible thought? We think so too.
- Cages and equipments (such as scissors, & clipper blades) are disinfected & cleaned throughout the day.
We provide fully supervised socialisation if you choose to have your pet interact with other pets.

All treatments include:
- Skin/Coat specific shampoo & bath
- Ear clean + check, as well as ear hair pluck if required
- Anal gland check & expression if necessary
- Nail clip
Individual ala carte treatments such as nail clipping or tooth brushing are also available.
Our principal groomer dee Darmadi holds a Diploma in Professional Canine Grooming and Styling, as well as a Diploma in Professional Feline Grooming from Nash Academy of Animal Arts (USA). dee is also certified in Pet First Aid by the American Red Cross. She won a Best in Technical Skills award in the Terrier and Sporting breed at SuperGroom USA 2008
