Whether you have trained all your life, just getting started or 60 years of age, CrossFit Athletic has the training program for you. How do we do this? We realise that its not one size fits all so we adapt the variables, Volume (how much) and Intensity (How fast or heavy) to ensure maximal results are achieved in the safest manner possible.
Sessions are structured to ensure that all components of fitness (strength, power, stamina, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy) are accounted for. It is mastering all of these components of health that someone can truly become CrossFit. We believe that variety is the spice of life and with so many different skills and elements of CrossFit we are able to provide just that. Unlike the same old pump class or 3 sets of ten reps, it is possible to attend 5 sessions a week for 3 months at CrossFit Athletic and never do the same workout twice.
