At Girlfightz Fitness, all our professional trainers possess the knowledge, skills and abilities for safe and effective exercise and fitness program design, instruction and assistance for the purpose of reaching personal health and fitness goals.
All our trainers are accrediated with Fitness Australia, Exercise and Sport Science Australia (ESSA) and Australian Council of Health, Physical Educational and Recreation (ACHPER). Additonally, we hold university qualifications in Human Movement and Health Education.
ONE ON ONE
We offer safe, effective, fun and interesting workouts (in that order) to all of fitness-training clients. The training programs we develop are varied and progressive, and geared toward improving your health and wellness.
GROUP TRAINING/BOOTCAMP
Our group training option enables you to exercise with a group of friends and/or in the company of like minded people. We offer a variety of session types centred around developing fitness, improving your knowledge of nutrition and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
Group sessions are tailored to your needs and particularly focus on fitness activities such as HIIT, Tabata, Resistance Training, TRX training, Core Ball, PowerBand, Boxing and MMA Fitness training.
Our timetabled classes are in this format but private group sessions are available upon request.
