We are a ladies only Gym. The difference between us and the conventional Gyms is our Lady trainers are on the floor with you to assist you with your routine, to make sure you are using the equipment correctly and also pushing you to your limits (if you wish), they can leave you alone as well if you don't wish to be pushed. Our general membership have one on one included. So book in this does not cost you any extra. We have a lunch time special where no trainer is available you come and do your workout at your own pace. If you do wish for a one on one book in at an extra cost of $30.
