Buff Body Bootcamp is based in McGraths Hill and the group training sessions are designed to help you get fit, lose weight and feel amazing. Each session is totally different from the last and incorporates resistance training, cardio training, core strengthening, plyometrics, high intensity intervals, boxing sessions, speed and agility drills with some balance and co-ordination exercises thrown in. So basically you will be running, jumping, huffing and puffing. We play team games, have individual challenges, have fun and we sweat. Sessions run for 1 hour including a comprehensive warm up and stretch. I offer a one week free trial so why not come along, give it a go and take your fitness to the next level. We also have a fully fenced kids area so kids are always welcome to join you.
