We are a revolutionary and energising fitness concept that monitors your heart-rate throughout a 60-minute session, led by experienced fitness coaches to achieve maximum, lasting results.
Our routine is divided between strength and cardiovascular training, designed to keep your heart-rate within 84% of your maximum, in what we call the Orange Zone.
