What is Functional Training, I hear you ask?
Functional Training is exercise that represents movements that we undertake in everyday life and supporting exercises to help you move better day to day. At The Real Body Movement we offer personal training sessions where we restore function to move better and live pain-free. Age is not a limiting factor. We will look at clients� movement dysfunctions and create a program, along with systemized improvement methods to take home to practice, to help you move better in a more natural and functional way. Our training offers realistic optimism to living pain-free and without medication.
The Real Body Movement offers a range of professional services to cater for those needing a program unique to their body along with group training classes where you can learn mobility techniques or push yourself in some circuit training classes or even join a low-impact class specific for beginners, elderly and those recovering from surgery / rehabilitation. The personalised private training is available with two options on offer where you will always receive a custom program and care from a supportive and qualified trainer. You can choose from either Premium Personal Training Services where it�s one-on-one or small group training.
