My name is Hunter Bennett, (hence Bennett Fitness)
While I do my best to cover a wide variety of topics relating to health and fitness, I tend to focus on subjects that relate to strength training, athletic performance and body composition, so if your looking to get stronger, become more athletic or improve your body composition your in the right place!
For those interested in my qualifications, I have a Bachelors Degree in Human Movement (exercise science) and a Masters Degree in Exercise Science (Strength and Conditioning). More importantly, I have had significant experience training and coaching a wide variety of individuals with different goals and abilities.
A bit of personal Information about myself, I love food, travelling and reading whatever science fiction novels I can get my hands on.
My main goal is to provide you with the education and knowledge required to make sustainable changes in lifestyle and training that allow you to achieve your individual goals.
