Jazzercise is a 60-minute group fitness class combining cardio, strength, and stretch moves for a total body workout. The dance exercise program combines jazz dance, resistance training, Pilates, yoga and kickboxing into one fun and effective workout. There is no dance experience necessary, as our certified instructors make all the routines fun and easy-to-follow. Instructors, as well as customers, are friendly and helpful so you'll never feel alone. Every class includes a gentle warm-up, 30-minute aerobic workout, muscle toning and strengthening segment using weights or resistance tubes and a stretch finale.
