Welcome to Physical Revolution, we prefer to call ourselves a lifestyle club rather than a gym. Exercise is part of our life, we do it so we can do anything we want to do, from taking a hike, playing with our kids, joining in sporting events and just generally walking around everyday feeling like you can take on anything. Not matter what your age, size or fitness level we want you to challenge yourself and see what you can do.
Exercise isn't about going around in a circle from machine to machine, save that for robots on a production line. Your body is designed to work as one, all your muscles working together not one at a time. Look at your everyday life, how many times do you do a leg extension?
We believe in true physical fitness. A formula I have called the Seven Active Skills where you can run, jump, push, pull, climb, catch and react at anytime.
We are not a franchise or gimmick gym and certainly do not follow the limited systems many commercial gyms do, we prefer to invest in people than fancy equipment. We teach you functional exercises designed in our unique way that gives you the most efficient workout possible. Our programs change all the time so you don't get bored and continue to challenge your body. The beauty is anyone can do it and we have the research and results to prove it.
All of our trainers and staff are committed to the industry and are always on hand to keep our members educated, motivated and to be the best they can be. They are all qualified, registered and have had many years experience in the industry.
