Squash
The eight squash courts at Tonic are overseen by Bruce Alexander who has coached previous world and Australian champions and teams.
Pennant competition runs on a Tuesday and Thursday night, with in-house comps and training nights for members.
Coaching is available, please contact us for details. Junior squash players are most welcome.
Gym
Our gymnasium is complete with a full cardio section and weight training equipment to address your needs. Our professional team of trainers can provide you with a tailored program so you can achieve your goals.
Group Training
Our exciting group fitness takes in activities like cycle classes, bar-sculpt, Pilates, cycle-box, cycle- abs, abs express and circuit classes. Group fitness is a great way of keeping fit. Our instructors use initiative, imagination and experience to create classes that you won't get bored with. Classes are designed to suit all levels of fitness.
Personal Training
PT is available one on one, or in a group of a maximum of 4.
Our qualified trainers can advise you in weight loss, strength training , endurance, rehabilitation, and sport specific programs. Your personal trainer will happily work with you to achieve your goals as soon as possible. Call us for your PT needs.
