The Curves 30 minute workout helps women slim down, increase energy levels and lower blood pressure. This is a system that can burn up to 500 calories and work every major muscle group. You get an efficient and effective workout every time. There is always a circuit coach to teach and motivate you to reach your goals, whilst you stretch, strength train and cardio train all in 30 minutes. The machines are designed uniquely for women. With no set starting times it is fast and convenient to ensure that you reach your goals whether it be toning, fitness or weight loss.
Body Basic classes are offered 3 times a day including Zumba. Dance classes are mixture of Latin, jazz, rock and aerobic moves. Boxing, cardio, core body balance are also popular.
Curves offers a complete weight management program including food, weekly coaching, recipes and food lists.
Family members under 18 can be added to a membership for only $30. Student memberships are available for those over 18.
