Life Cycle Gymnasium is open for business 365 days a year. Carl welcomes other qualified personal trainers to use Life Cycle Gymnasium for their own clients. Our gym offers a full range of free weights, Cardio and boxing equipment as well as a fit ball exercise area.
Spin Classes or indoor cycling classes are held regularly.
Access via pin door set up allows Carl to tailor plans to suit every budget. Weekend only memberships are available.
While at the gym you can purchase refreshments,water or an assortment of sport drinks.
Relax after a hard workout while you are entertained by Austar or surround sound. Modern toilet and shower facilities with a fully equipped massage therapy room offering relaxation or remedial massage by appointment.
A Coin operated Massage Chair is available to use after that hard workout,Naturally the Gym is air conditioned.
