Babes on the Run started in 2007 as way to get women moving properly, give them access to education about nutrition and fitness and as positive group support for them. We have been successfully transforming women for over 8 years throughout Perth.
All Babes on the Run Personal Trainers have been training for years. We know no two clients are the same - we all come from different backgrounds, work lives and family stresses and the biggie - food relationships. We can provide personalised advice based on results and feedback in real time! We work WITH you to create a fitness and nutrition plan that works for you!
Our clients come to us looking for strength, toning and sculpting - it's not just about losing weight! It's about getting into the shape of your life! So we have removed as many barriers as possible! We offer weekly payment plans that are flexible, children can come to sessions and we keep men out of all the group sessions (no male trainers or participants - we are ALL women!) - although some husbands do train with their wives in Personal Training as they are looking for results in a supportive environment too!
