Dreadlock Creation - the dreading process is started off using a combination of backcombing and twist & rip methods to create the initial knotting, each dreadlock is then thoroughly gone over with the crochet hook to pull in all loose hairs and knot the entire dreadlock giving it a smooth felted appearance. The result is beautiful neat dreadlocks right from day one! The cost for new dreadlock creation is calculated by a personalised quote. Price varies greatly depending on your hair type, length and thickness of dreads you would like. Dreadlock regrowth maintenance is all done with a crochet hook, NO interlocking (looping) through the roots. Our maintenance technique provides lasting results. Standard regrowth maintenance for fairly well maintained dreads takes around 2-3 hours depending on how many dreads you have, neglected messy dreads can take 4-5 hours.
