J.S WCG Stands for = Jordan Springs Women's Community Group. A local community group for female residents who live in Jordan Springs NSW Australia its free to attend and run as a non profit organisation. Is anyone every truly 100% happy? Stress free, worry free, never angry or depressed or anxious about things.. and what if we weren?t, who could we talk to about this? I feel it?s a very exhausting and emotionally challenging to have these strong emotions build up inside, who to you talk to? Everyone else has their own life to deal with, I could see a Dr who will just refer me to see someone else who I don?t know, I wont feel comfortable, and then seeing so many Dr?s, that will take time out of my busy schedule, I have kids to put first and a partner and then there?s my job and my life and my family and friends and the never ending house work.. gah! I?ll just shove it in the back of my mind and deal with it later.. when it becomes harder to handle and builds up more, I might do something then? This is so common to so many women, our busy nature and selfless ways always seem to come first when really we should be looking after ourselves a lot better, but we cant keep making excuses all the time. Eg: ?when can I go see someone I don?t have time I?ve got things to do? I work and there?s so much house work. I?m a busy mum, I?ve got to look after my little kids. My husband is never home to help. We both work full-time I never get a break. My kids are in school and play sports I don?t get me time?? This group has been made just for that. I have lived this life and now the creative director of a awesome group ?Jordan Springs Women?s Community Group.? Healthy Mind, Healthy Body = Healthy Life.
