Our family's love affair with gelato started in 1915 when our great grandfather, Andrea, started making gelato for his bar in Messina, Sicily. With a passion for simple flavours and fresh ingredients, he shared his love of food and secret recipes with his grandson Orazio.
Almost a century later, Orazio's family continue the tradition, perfecting the growing range of Delizia gelato and sorbet. With four generations dedicated to creating the best gelato, we promise the taste is more than just delicious, it's Delizia.

Delizia is committed to ensuring that our passion for creating authentic artisan gelato and sorbet is reflected in each and every mouthful.
We take the finest local ingredients including Queensland qrown macadamias, Kensington Pride mangoes, Australian sugar and dairy. We add a lot of love and passion for what we do. Then we combine them using traditional methods handed down through four generations to create the very best gelato and sorbet.
Our state of the art factory in Brisbane, Australia is one of the most sophisticated in the country, containing the very best imported Italian machinery. We use it to produce gelato and sorbets using the traditional artisan methods used by European gelato makers without the use of artificial pre-mixed bases.
Because our gelato and sorbet is made from scratch using real ingredients it tastes like no other. The texture is dense and creamy. The flavour is intense. And after four generations of producing the finest gelato and sorbet we still get excited with every new batch we produce.
