Innova Design is an interior design company, specialising in the development of corporate, medical and retail environments. We are space planners, interior designers and project managers, constructing over 100 fitouts a year that range in size from 100sqm to 10,000sqm. Innova Design is one of the preferred retail designers and developers for the main landlords in Australia including Westfield and Stockland among others. Our vast experience includes multiple clients in the public and private sector with a portfolio of clients including Bacardi Lion, Sara Lee, GP Superclinics and Darrell Lea among others.
In the very early stages of the fitout process we can assist our clients by offering an initial no charge, obligation free fitout appraisal. This means that we will undertake a needs analysis to determine the space requirements, source the right property, produce a layout plan reflecting the brief, and then provide our clients with a budget costing to help determine the overall price. If the client is happy at that stage with the proposal, then we can start working on their behalf.
