- Accelerated business development and market growth strategies including capital raising
Whilst many will be familiar with the first two business streams, the latter involves working with clients to build rapid, but sustainable growth. This is delivered on three levels â??
- undertaking a vigorous review of the existing business model/strategy to successfully capitalise upon market needs
- structuring the business case to secure capital to facilitate accelerated growth (capital acquisition may be through introduction to venture capital contacts and partners or Accelerate taking an equity stake in the client business)
- partnering with clients to manage operational activities necessary to create business acceleration
Currently Accelerate operates with a team of approximately 16 FTEâ??s, and our time is close to being fully-booked, but we do have the ability to scale-up relatively quickly for larger projects.
Our existing clients are local and global brands in a range of industries including automotive, franchising, real estate, finance, technology, education and include emerging on-line businesses.
We are also working with Asian businesses looking to extend their footprint into Australia and New Zealand.
