Quantum Housing Group PL ATF The Quantum Affordable Housing Unit Trust (QHG) has been formed for the purposes of accessing the NRAS Incentives on behalf of developers and investors.
Our key personnel have been successful in applications to receive National Rental Incentives through the NRAS program and have successfully delivered the first NRAS dwellings in WA. QHG believes that the investment financials of dwellings with NRAS Incentives offer an attractive return when compared with similar investment property without the NRAS Incentive.
Our system is based on providing investors with the opportunity to invest in NRAS dwellings selected from a portfolio of approved dwellings located throughout Australia. These dwellings are supplied by members of a consortium of property developers. Through an Australian Taxation Office endorsed Non Entity Joint Venture (NEJV) agreement between QHG and the property owner (Investor), the properties are supplied into the Scheme under a normal residential lease agreement.
