We pride ourselves on being tech geeks, not just cable installers! We love all things tech, and as such we apply as much tech as we can to increase efficiency on and off the field. Our custom in-house CRM managed and monitored by our Work Management Centre team has evolved to become so much more than a scheduling tool. Our technicians have access to job data via the cloud, where notes and other media (photos, videos, maps and plans) are updated in realtime. Gold Partners (through our Partner Program) can gain access to their clients' job data through the Cabled Up API for realtime updates, likewise our system can integrate seamlessly with other off-the-shelf CRM products such as JIRA.
