Built in 1883 as a workman’s dwelling, Rosalie Cottage has been fully restored and decorated with period furniture and memorabilia. Accommodating up to four guests, this National Trust classified weatherboard cottage features a canopied, four-poster bed, deep bath in the large elegant bathroom, Baltic pine-lined walls and an antique gramophone. Rosalie Cottage also has a fully-equipped kitchen and laundry, and the living area has a television and VCR and a selection of books, toys and games for children.Generous breakfast provisions include fresh bacon and eggs, a choice of cereals and delicious homemade bread with jam, honey and marmalade.
