Our light filled, second floor air conditioned apartment features two bedrooms, open plan living, dining and kitchenette, bathroom complete with spa bath, and laundry facilities.
The kitchen is fitted with modern appliances including Westinghouse oven and range hood, as well as microwave, full sized refrigerator, ceramic cook top and a dishwasher.
The main bedroom is quite spacious and has a comfortable queen size bed. It also features a wardrobe, wall heater and direct access to the balcony.
The second bedroom is a generous size, with two single beds, wardrobe, ceiling fan and also a wall heater. It is also situated away from the main bedroom for added privacy.
Fully contained, in addition to the large television, the unit also has an iPod dock, DVD, and CD player. (Please note you will need to supply your own DVDs.
The bathroom is spacious, with a two person corner spa, and allows for complete privacy.
If you feel the urge to do a load of washing, an LG washer / dryer is available in the unit, with laundry powder provided. A clothes horse, iron and ironing board are also available in the unit for your convenience.
There is a fantastic balcony / deck area that wraps around the apartment, and has great views of Westernport Bay, accessible from the living area as well as the main bedroom.
Please be aware that the unit is strictly non-smoking at all times without exception.
Unfortunately pets are not permitted to enter the apartment at any time.
