Pearls de Tahiti is a company based in Sydney, Australia, which offers unique jewellery made from genuine Tahitian Pearls and White South Sea pearls.
Tahitian pearls are some of the rarest, most exotic, and finest cultured pearls in the world. All our pearls are authentic, sourced from pearl farms spread throughout the crystal clear waters of French Polynesia. All Tahitian loose pearls have been X-rayed and approved by the French polynesian Customs department and certified as having an appropriate thickness of nacre for export.
They are not chemically treated or varnished, featuring 100% natural colour and shape.
Pearls de Tahiti was founded by Cathy Quesnot in 2001. Born in France, she spent 15 years in Tahiti surrounded by pearl farms. Her extensive knowledge of pearls comes from her "Faa'amu" (father by adoption), who was a pearl farmer in the island of Manihi, Tuamotu Archipelago.
Cathys passion for pearls inspired her to introduce a wide range of quality Tahitian Pearls into the Australian market. All pearls are personally sourced, selected, imported and graded by her. Cathy is also responsible for designing an outstanding selection of classic and contemporary jewellery pieces made from materials such as gold, sterling silver, gemstones, suede, and many others.
