His national career as a master jeweller spanning over 30 years has seen him work in most of Australia's capital cities. "Jewellery is a symbol of people's emotions and represents a special moment in their life. If I haven't met the person I'm designing a piece for - if it's a surprise - then I ask to see photos, profile the person and evaluate what makes them 'tick'. I then create the design concept specific to the receiver, he says. While he creates each piece to fit the personality and style of the wearer, he is known for designing precision settings of high quality diamonds and gems framed by strong curves and lines.
