SOUTH COAST MAINTENANCE CREW offers a wide range of home and commercial maintenance services. We can do all your home maintenance from light carpentry work e.g decking/pergola repairs, painting and gardens, small landscaping, concreting and also rubbish removals and so much more. In most cases quotes are obligation and cost free. But in some cases South Coast Maintenance Crew holds the right to charge a fee If there is no parking supplied and if it is an insurance quote. Its a $90.00 fee (but if quote is won the fee will be deducted from the final quotation invoice)

Price Guide-
First Hour: $100.00 (includes call out fee)
Every Hour After: $35.00
Full Day: $450.00
Half Day: $225.00
After Hours Rates (Includes Weekends and Public Holidays)
First Hour: $125.00 (includes call out fee)
Every Hour After: $40.00
Material cost incure 15% surcharge to cover materials purchased by South coast maintenance crew to cover things like vehicle running costs and variations from suppliers.
Trading Terms apply to all jobs and the customer agrees by engaging South coast maintenance crew for services.
New and Private Customers- Payment is due before agreed commencement date of work. Via Bank transfer, Paypal or Cash.
Existing customers- Payment is due on completion of job via Bank transfer.
