We take out the legal jargon and believe frequent communication to update you on the progress of your conveyance, is one of the most important services we provide. Our staff are always ready to assist, and will help your every enquiry. We understand property exchange can be intimidating. It doesn't need to be.
Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. We will provide flexible appointments including lunch breaks, telephone and after hours/weekend to cater for your individual needs.
Our History
Commodore Conveyancing was originally established in 1998 by Norm Burt, a retired Commodore of the Royal Australian Navy. The company has grown from strength to strength during this time.
Sandra Reynolds joined the company in 1995, and is proud to have become the Principal Licensee of Commodore Conveyancing following Norm's retirement. Sandra strongly believes the strength of the company is the wonderful team that has developed over the years. The Commodore Conveyancing team is made up of Ann Wills, Jan O'Grady and Kylie Butler.
