This advanced capacity of production enables us to complete complex parts all in one operation on a continual basis. The added advantage of being able to operate unattended on longer run jobs also reduces labour costs.
Our competitors would for the majority of jobs have to complete at least 2 and sometimes up to 5 separate set-up operations resulting in increased labour costs, manual handling and delivery times.
The components manufactured for our customers are always an integral part of their finished product, therefore, the quality of our machining, delivery times and cost are all vital factors in their decision making process when choosing a supplier. Absolute Manufacturing offer all of these attributes and more, and therefore our customers value the long term relationships that are formed when they deal with us.
Absolute Manufacturing has invested in 2 very well appointed and equipped CNC turning centres. Both capital pieces of equipment are similar in function and their attributes are best described as twin spindle, twin turret CNC lathes. Both machines are equipped with live tooling on each turret and have full C axis capability. Each are further enhanced by way of automatic bar feeders and part catchers. In lay terms, these machines are incredibly versatile and efficient by allowing several work processes to be completed in one set up. Ultimately, the machines remove manual handling between processes which increases throughput whilst reducing operational costs.
