Our progressive Martial Arts Black Belt School is located only two minutes away from the famous Cronulla beaches at Caringbah, NSW, Australia in Sydney's Sutherland Shire. We proudly offer self defence and WTF Taekwondo Martial Arts classes in our clean, modern, fully air conditioned and equipped Dojang (training floor).
At Shire Martial Arts we believe that learning Martial Arts is much MORE than merely ?doing exercises and learning how to fight?.
We help boys, girls, men and women become fit and strong.
Through martial arts training Shire Martial Arts aims to provide a means and a community for our students and instructors to firstly distinguish and then to extend the comfort zone within their body, mind and spirit so we are all able to facilitate a steady and continual growth throughout our lives in our Caringbah Taekwondo centre.

SMA is a progressive Martial Arts school that offers fun, safe and challenging Martial Arts and Personal development programs for kids, teens, men and women.
We help our students become internationally accredited Black belts by teaching practical and useful self defence and the art of Taekwondo.
As well as this our school is renowned for the way in which we help students develop their inner strength, confidence, self esteem, respect, pride in themselves and leadership skills. We even have a Teen Leadership program.
The structure of our programs and community within our makes SMA an excellent place for girls and women who want to learn how to protect and empower themselves without having to deal with a bunch of 'macho' guys. Having said that SMA also welcomes guys to join our existing group of polite, respectful and humble boys and men.
