Training twice a week is the most effective way to progress with Krav Maga
Some of the topics covered include:
Combatives (punching, kicking, etc.) and fighting skills.
Defending common attacks (chokes, bear-hugs, etc.)
Defending against an armed or unarmed attacker (sticks, clubs, knives, guns).
Defending and fighting on the ground, in a confined space, and other environments.
Utilising skills in a variety of situations, e.g. when caught by surprise and under pressure (scenario and pressure training).
Classes are held in a friendly and laid back, no-ego atmosphere. Our classes are very diverse with students ranging from ages 16 to late 40?s, Police Officers, accountants, mums, university students and so on.
We have students who have been training in martial arts their entire lives, and students who have literally never stepped foot in a gym or a dojo before. You are guaranteed to find your place.
Classes are open with no bookings required, we encourage you to come along and try Krav Maga.
You should bring a water bottle, towel and wear comfortable training clothing and shoes.
Minimum training age is 16 years.
