I want to try to show people the importance of staying fit and to train and test out your body physically to its optimal level then beyond.
Thus training one's body this way then testing it in front of an audience you will attain these skills for a very long time if not for life. ie. in Performances, tournaments.
When the human body is finely tuned it can do amazing things and allow you to reach new heights and skills that you have only dreamed of. To almost super-human strength and ability through fitness, imagination, phsiology and the science of human movement.
Being fit will help cleanse your mind of negativity and allow you focus a lot sharper and bring your perceptions to a new higher level. But how fit is fit? It varies from people to people therefore everyone must try and find out for themselves to see what 'your optimal fitness levels area...' It's like a special power that everyone has and needs to harness it(our X factor). Through sport we are able to demonstrate it in a shorter time span than our lifetime itself.
