Incorporating the benefits of remedial, sports and Swedish massage techniques, pain, tightness, postural imbalances and stress are addressed to help one find relief from stressful and debilitating imbalanced. Trigger point therapy, myofacial release, stretching and deep compressions are used to soften the armour that constricts the body, allowing one to surrender to suppleness and enjoy deep relaxation. Treatments are tailored to the needs of the individual.

Ayurvedic stone therapy
