Traditional Thai Yoga Massage is done in comfortable clothes, without oil. It is greatly beneficial for those who appreciate a holistic approach to Health and Well-being.

ChiBall TM classes are starting every term
ChiBall classes are based on the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, considering Yin Yang, Chi (Energy), the Meridians (energy lines in the body) and the 5 elements (Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, Water)
The movements in a typical 60 min. Yin Yang class are modified from Tai Chi Qi Gong, Dance, Yoga, Pilates, the Feldenkrais Method and Deep Relaxation/Meditation and are performed with a coloured and fragranced ball (8 colours each with a designated fragrance to choose from)
This means you can experience the benefits of movement, musicality, colour and aroma therapy and all the good things from Tai Chi Qi Gong, Dance, Yoga, Pilates, Feldenkrais and Relaxation all in once - in a 'Meditation in Motion'
