Surapa has trained extensively in traditional Thai massage techniques with the Thai Ministry of Public Health in Bangkok. She is one of only a handful of people in Australia to have gained the National Skills Standard Certificate. This certificate was introduced by the Thai government as confirmation that the recipient has undergone intensive training in traditional Thai massage techniques that meet the governments training standards for Thai masseurs working internationally.
