We tailor the session to you, suiting your massage to your needs for the day, be it relaxation to de-stress, or remedial to work with chronic tension or pain. We can offer you a focused sessions that help to relieve pain, or if you feel more like relaxing, we can give you a very peaceful, relaxing session. We specialise in pregnancy massage and can offer massage in all trimesters, however we can offer you an excellent massage in any style.
We offer all of the remedial techniques - deep tissue, trigger point, stretching, myofascial release (MFR), manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) and pregnancy massage. We also offer relaxing Swedish and aromatherapy massage, as well as reflexology for the feet. We also offer hot stone massage, which can be applied ina relaxing way or use the stones remedially.
Our qualifications include Diploma of Remedial Massage, Diploma of Reflexology, Certificate IV of Aromatherapy and Certificate of Pregnancy Massage - allowing us to work with you in all stages of your pregnancy, including the first trimester. Fully qualified and insured female remedial massage therapist, AAMT member and holder of senior first aid certificate.
