I specialize in Ligament and Tendon Release and I pride myself on getting results with the techniques I use. Ligament and tendon release is a specific technique used to release bunched ligaments and tendons and returns them to their normal functioning states. Traditional remedial massage and other forms of treatments used my health practitioners focus on stretching and lengthening the muscles, ligaments and tendons which I find only gives temporary relief from injuries and tightness. Releasing is much more effective, its quick and gives greater, faster and long term results. To make it a little easier to understand, if you can imagine a rubber band, when in its normal state it is round, relaxed and flexible. If you were to wind and tangle it, it then becomes tight like a spring and has very little movement. This is my description of ligaments and tendons when they become injured or tight. Traditional stretching techniques which are used by 95% of health practitioners can assist but usually prolong the healing process and recovery time often resulting in multiple sessions before the injury has fully healed. Releasing these ligaments and tendons with the techniques I use is not only effective but it will have your body functioning normally in reduced time, In some cases within 1-2 sessions (depending on the severity of the injury or tightness).
